Though MFA is not a rescue nor adoption organization, we do support those doing this important work. To this end, we have created The Warm Fund in memory of Terri Warm, vegan activist, cat rescuer and friend of MFA who passed away in June 2010.
Thanks to the generosity of Terri and others, The Warm Fund provides financial support to individuals and organizations with small grants to help cover various costs associated with animal rescue and adoption, including food, transportation, housing, cleaning, grooming and veterinary services. Payments from The Warm Fund are always made directly to the vendor providing the service.
